The Rocha Golf Academy provides online golf coaching services, including but not limited to swing analysis, personalized training programs, video feedback, and one-on-one coaching sessions via Zoom. All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

The Rocha Golf Academy operates an SMS messaging program designed to ensure optimal customer support and respond to service-related inquiries. The program includes the following message types:

Service updates and program information

Appointment confirmations and reminders

Direct responses to golf coaching service inquiries

Marketing promotions including seasonal specials and discounts (for those who provide secondary consent)

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to +1 762-320-2396. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.

Cost and Frequency: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our service.

Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Age Restriction

5. Program Enrollment and Payment

By enrolling in any coaching program, you agree to pay the full program fee as outlined at the time of purchase. The Rocha Golf Academy reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Changes will not affect programs already purchased.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our coaching services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a program has begun or coaching sessions have been delivered. If you have concerns about your program, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve the issue.

7. Results Disclaimer

The Rocha Golf Academy provides coaching guidance based on proven methods and professional experience. However, individual results will vary depending on commitment, practice frequency, physical ability, and other factors outside our control. 8. Client Responsibilities

To get the most out of your program, you agree to:

Show up to scheduled sessions or provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule

Actively participate in your training and complete assigned practice

Provide honest and accurate information about your game and goals

Treat all communication with our team professionally and respectfully

9. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited at our discretion. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate schedule changes.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on therochagolf.com, including videos, training materials, programs, and written content, is the property of The Rocha Golf Academy and Salvador Rocha. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Rocha Golf Academy is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the application of coaching advice. Golf involves physical activity — you are responsible for your own health and safety. Consult a medical professional before starting any new physical program. In no event shall The Rocha Golf Academy be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
